Hi and happy New Year- I had my surgery on July 29th. I weighed 355- as of today, Jan 6th.- I am at 288. I am very happy. Good luck all

Good for you - I had R-Ny- bypass surgery on July 29th - I lost 45 lbs., as of today. -
Doing ok- July 29th and doing ok- lost 47 Lbs. And I can't believe it- I can't believe how little I eat- the rules were killing me- but now trying a lot of the foods I couldn't eat- just got the taste- I am gonna stop that real soon-

I take more pills than all of you- crushed them for three weeks. The worse taste of anything. Take my pills and 5 weeks total and doing ok- Dr. Fielding told me I can eat anything- within reason. Just follow the rules that I learned for the first month post op. Happy days -

I told everyone I knew on Facebook and relatives. They are all supportive. I am five weeks post op. I've lost 47 pounds.
