Due to the ice storm that hit my area this weekend, there will be a delay update the spread sheet. We are currently on generator power. It will be at least a couple of days before I'll get the power back on.
I'll keep everyone updated.

My goal for this challenge is 215. My Doctor goal is 225, i will be seeing her on April 21.My 1st year anniversary is on May 12. I'm also need to see a plastic surgeon in April too for surgery later this year.

Those same jeans are $50 here. I passed them up and bought new ones for $80 instead. First time ever.

What I am learning from this, my second challenge, is to not give up if I don't lose weight. I was not close to my goal at the Holiday challenge and apparently not going to make this one either. For me, though, posting that number on the scale and not being overly awful to myself is what I am "gaining" from this stuff. Good luck to you. Hang in there!

Wow that's definitely pricey. I sometimes spend $8-12 on a used pair of a high end brand (Joe, Paige, Lucky, etc.) but $20? Wow!

Try eBay too. Especially if you know the exact brand and style you like, just search for your size.

I never crushed pills either. chewable the first month then regular swallowing whole ones worked fine.

I'm not a very good liar so I just told everyone I was having "surgery." It was none if their business what kind. If anyone had the nerve to ask for details, I just said that I preferred not to discuss it.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to keep in touch with everyone on the postop boards now that most of us are done and in a few more days the remainder of us October sleevers will be done as well.
How is everyone doing? Feel free to share any problems, suggestions, recipes that helped you get your Protein in, and any other advice you'd like to share. Ask questions, if you have them. Use this thread as you see fit, but mostly to keep in touch with everyone.
I know quite a few people went to the Facebook page. I know it's private, but I've seen cases where private information was temporarily made public on Facebook by Facebook glitches/viruses/hacks. I know there is no intention of it going public but I rather not take the risk.
