I've gobe 2 days withou a protein shake but have still reached my protein goals!!! It can be done!

Breakfast: egg whites, cheese, Lunch: Low fat/sodium Deli Ham, WW smoked string cheese, Snack: Fruit & Nut trail mix Dinner: Low fat/sodium Deli Turkey, FF Chddar Cheese, Avocado, Snack: Turkey Bites. 1 Cup Chocolate Mootopia (milk)= 67g protein & 731 Calories

Excellent...Better to get your protein in real food then drinks. for the first part it is important to use them. But progress dictates you get it out of food intake...Good for you hun!
