I'm not sure if the Sumter support group is still active or not but I will try to find out for you. They were meeting at Tuomey in classroom 1 on the 4th Monday or Tuesday every month. I'll let you know as soon as I can. Are you in Sumter?

Hey Ronda! I am doing good. Just got my third fill and am down about 42 pounds as of this morning! I get the updates from your blog but don't get on mine nearly as much as I should between 2 jobs and school. You are really doing great!!! Keep it up!

I am definitely still glad I did it. I know without a doubt that even if I had lost those 33 pounds on my own, they would have come back and then some eventually. That is not going to be an issue now!

Wow! You are doing just awesome!! We started at about the same weight, but you are so much farther along than me. Well on your way to being Fat Free!!

Hey! I'm doing good. Little restriction, so that stinks and can't have a fill until 8/5! I'm still trying to eat right though and so far the weight is still coming off. Good luck with the insurance. I got approval and wasn't even on dh's insurance but 6 months before submission, so iot is possible. Good luck and let me know how it goes!

I got lots of rest and took advantage of all the good drugs they were willing to dish up! I went back to my part-time job yesterday (only 2.5 hours in the evening), but had gone shopping for about 2 hours before that and it was rough. Who knew it took so much energy to walk in and out of stores???

Went for my post-op check with the surgeon today and he is thrilled with my progress and I am too - 11 pounds in 6 days! I know it will slow down when I start eating again, but I ma certainly enjoying it now!

Everything went pretty well. I am home and resting, not having to take anything stronger than Tylenol for pain. Just waiting to be back up to 100%! Thanks for asking.

My surgery experience went pretty well. I was waking up in recovery an hour and a half after being wheeled into surgery. I had chosen to stay overnight because it was just over an hour to the hospital and was glad I did because I had to be cathed twice. Other than that, everything went well! Glad you had an uneventful experience. We are on our way now!!

Hi Taz! Where are you from? I saw you refer to Clingman's Dome in a post and know exactly what you were talking about because that is one of our favorite spots to go! I live in Sumter, SC, about 4 hours from that area.
