I cant believe there are Surgeons out there that do the surgery then leave the patients to flounder and wonder how they will ge the money together for a fill, Some charging 250.00 for a Fill,,,,,oh my,,,, us Wellborn children are sooooooo blessed. I think if i lived at any distance in the wonderful state of Arkansas it would be worth it to use Doc Wellborn and his Staff. The education before, after, and during is the best you will find anywhere. I am here to tell you that it is a process to get to the point of being satisfied,,,,not too tight, not too loose,,,,,hang in there and enjoy the j0urney,,,,you cant rush it....i promise it will come.

Girrrrl! I just totally lost you!. I am still truckin at the Title CO. We have picked up considerably, but I feel it will be short lived, cause the rates are going up again. The Band has done well for me. It has been easy easy, and I have no regrets at this point. I have kinda come to a standstill on the loss. I made it to 60 and now i think I might have to get in gear with some calorie burning. It is just hard when you work all day to come home and tackle exercise. Are you working anywhere? hi there, i HAD MY SIX MONTH ANNIVERSARY YEsterday. I have lost 60 pounds and would totally tell you to come to little rock for the surgery and use Dr. WEllborn and his staff. The education after and during and the followup care is the best I know of! Good luck on your decision., If I can help in anyway,,,,,holler loud. I have a nephew and family that live in muscle shoals,,,,

I hope all goes well for you. I went to a seminar, but decided to go with the local drs that use the local hospitals. I had surgery jan 16th and have lost 55. I am very pleased

Hi there. Mary here from Jacksonville. You are worrying needlessly over the water situation. Drinkers are the good losers. Water drinkers that is. I am not a fan of it myself. I had the band Jan 16, 2009. I have lost 52 pounds, and it is going to take me to my goal. I am naming it and CLAIMING IT!!! I do hope you live close enough to little rock to use Dr. WEllborn. The education before and after is worth any travel you might have to do. I have used Dr. Wellborn on two occassions and there isnt any better out there. At the beginning of your band journey you might not notice much difference in the ability to drink quickly. In the mornings things move a little slower due to the fact that your band is somewhat tighter in the mornings. I have no problem drinking, but that is only between meals. The rule is 60-90 minutes after a meal is when you can start to drink liquids. That is so you dont wash out what you have just eaten and then you might get hungry before time for your next meal. That ideally is around 4 hours. I have had 4 Fills and I can tell with each one that I am on my way to being tighter. My goal is to lose:about 55 more pounds,,,,,,or maybe even just 50. I will see. I would love to visit with you...if i can be of any help or encouragement,,,,,,please get in touch...I have been right where you are today. It was about an 8 mo. process for me. Congrats on the up coming date!. Where will your surgery be performed? I wish every one was using the Wellborn Team. The education before and after and during is so good. Again, welcome to the BAND wagon....it has been good for me. I had my surgery on Jan 16th 09. So far 46 pounds are gone. YEAHH!!!!
