Does anyone get an irregular or rapid heartbeat after eating?

I am 7 months post-op gastric bypass. Lately I've noticed that after I eat, my heart rate changes. Either it speeds WAY up, or beats in an irregular rhythm. Does anyone have any insight into this? Should I be worried?
