  4. 5 wks. Post-op and still have terrible burping after drinking and eating. Is this normal? When does it stop? I've been having a hard time getting all my water in. I also have kidney disease. So it is vital for me to get enough water. Suggestions? I,'ve lost about 40 lbs. so far. Eating has become a chore. No longer enjoyable.

Post Op diet- Pureed phase right away?

I had the sleeve July 2. I was on pureed foods for almost 2 weeks. No Protein shakes( they don't last long in your system.) The best was pureed rotisserie chicken. It comes all seasoned and still taste good.(No skin) Now I'm on stage 2. Crushable by fork. Enjoyed having some texture.
