I was sleeved July 10 my highest weight 264 day of surgery 258 and now I'm juggling between 225-229 I'm super depressed that I'm not losing. I'm at a 3 week stall. I don't know what to do

I'm 6 weeks out and been on stall for about 3 weeks. I keep bouncing from back and fourth weight. I get my Protein in plus I'm eating 800 -1000 calories. I don't know what to do

I'm in the same boat. I'm 5 weeks out . I get all my Protein and even go over. Average around 100-120 g of protein but I feel like I can eat lots of food. I'm trying to focus on more Water. I don't exercise as much as I would like too. I am in a stall between 240 to 237 it moves back and fourth

Is steamed rice ok? I'm on soft foods. I made salmon for Protein then I have some greens but I also boiled rice is that ok?

After a couple years I finally felt comfortable to wear a dress and without a sweater. I hated my arms but after losing 30 lbs I'm super happy. It's not much but I'm real happy to see my weight going down. I'm one month post op

Yes I was given permission for 1/2 a piece of bread. I just wanna be sure which kind of bread. I'll ask my nutritionist. Thank u all for your info . As for Protein, I'm at 100 to 120g a day. Btw my question was about BREAD not protein

I thought I would be good in 1 week boy was I wrong I ended u taking 3 weeks. The gas is bad afterwards and sore

I need some bread!! I know it's not good but I would like a sandwich even if it's one slice of bread. Any recommendations of breads should buy if I decide to eat it ?

I'm on soft food phase. I get all my Protein in which is about 100g and is about 360 to 400 calories. I'm afraid to eat anything because I don't want to go over 500 or 600 calories

Can have puree. I can eat around 1.5 cup of mash potatoes. Is that too much ?
