Way to go girl! I'll take it too lol I'm packing for traveling back to Thailand for 2 weeks and it's the lightest luggage ever! I packed 4 tops, 3 pants, 3 dresses (could have been 2 but I love wearing dress) and 3 pairs od shoes. Before I always loaded the luggage with clothes because you never know which one to mix with one or some clothes might "shrink" during the trip lol. Now I look good in every piece and on the contrary, hope nothing will get sagging on my body during these two weeks!

    Uncomfortable full feeling

I'll be 4 months out tomorrow and still have this. I even feel that I now can eat smaller amount of solid food than a few months ago even when I eat slowly then I get hungry earlier than before. My surgeon told me too eat more to eat more but it seems difficult for the time being.

    Catheter during surgery

I was scared the most of the urine catheter but it was not bad actually, I came out of the surgery with it and ... Probably 3 more for blood and IV. I was on them for 4 days and they pulled them out one by one and the urine catheter was the last (on 5th day) ... Didn't hurt at all.

    Hair loss after Surgery

Uhh.. It's been 2 months I've been shedding and I did not have a lot to start with. Went to see my doctor, had the blood work done, my blood was fine, so my doctor couldn't do anything about it. Now I have a large thin (almost bald) spot on top and I'm wearing a hair piece topper! Now I just pray that they will grow back! By the way, I didn't take the Biotin, just wait to see a dermatologist in a few weeks.

I Want To See Before & After Pics! (Cont'd)

Haha you look fantastic Poison Ivy, send this pic to Batman, he'd be pleased!
  10. I try as well to buy some other colours but the thing is I just love black and white clothes!!! So yesterday I broke the pattern a bit by buying a pale pink jacket for work...and also the black one in the same model from H&M (size 12, thank you very much! Down from 18 or 20 in some models). The colours in my closet never really changed, I like black because it goes with anything and compliments my skin tone. Other colours are red, beige, white, grey (50 shades lol), purple-plum, brown and pink. Only 1 green dress I bought because it's the only one that fit. I don't wear light blue or yellow, navy blue is acceptable if it comes in polka dots or stripes with white.
  11. No, I don't drink them anymore. My surgeon gave me very few instructions and one of them is NO soda or sparkling water, which I strictly follow.

I finally can cross my legs!!!woohoo!! It actually happened unintentionally during discussion with colleagues and I just realized it a few seconds later that my legs were crossing! I was like, whao! What I'm I crossing my legs? Almost forgot the work lol I usually don't sit crossing legs even when I was thinner, but now I'm like a crazy woman, I cross my legs every chance I get because I CAN!! LOL PS I showed my husband my leg crossing NSV and he was a bit surprised because he didn't know that I couldn't cross my legs when I was fat.

When you can't even be honest with yourself

I guess you're blessed, Kindle, I envy you that people around you are open minded. There were times that I wanted to share with some good friends but I had to stop myself from telling them because I just don't want my personal life to be told to some sort of people. I know that once I tell one of these friends, they will spread it which I cannot stop them or blame them because I gave it away myself. At this age I learnt to say only things that I don't care if people will quote and pass them around. I haven't told my family yet because I know exactly what they're going to say (as I've known them almost my whole life) especially my sister-in-law. I like her well, don't get me wrong but you know some people are naturally ignorant and they just say things without thinking. I noticed that she always criticizes about my eating, it's just annoying. Now she knows I'm losing a bunch of weight and if I told her that I had the surgery, she'd say something like "Oh it's because of the surgery?, I thought you did it yourself" (she's a skinny girl by genetic) I see it coming so I don't see no point that I need to go that way.

When you can't even be honest with yourself

By the way, the reason why I decided to tell only some people in need because I experienced this myself. There's a girl working in the bank in my work place who had the sleeve a few years back, when I asked how she lost weight, she just said that "I watched what I eat". It was her colleague who did the sleeve 9 months ago who told me about her surgery and recommended her surgeon to me. (this girl were also the as big as I was, 30 lbs heavier but she's also taller) I couldn't help but thinking if the other girl told me about her WLS, I could have done it a few years earlier!! Well, of course I respect her decision, now she's happy for me too but I will always feel so grateful to her colleague who shared her story with me and I will do the same thing to help other people like she did to me.
