  1. I tried those Isopure drinks bcuz I was tired of the milky drinks #yuck it was so awful and then I started feeling like I was getting a coat of something thick on my tongue! I discontinued those immediately! I make myself drink the pure Protein I just blend it with a Greek yogurt! I am sick of them but I can tolerate it better with the Greek yogurt blended inside and served over some ice! Good luck in finding a protein that works for you! I think next week I may order the unflavored injury protein?

I am walking 5 miles a day (we have a inside cork inside of my job) that is 1 mile long and on my breaks I walk around it twice, I drink 80-100 ounces of Water daily and 80-90 grams of Protein a day. I was originally a vegetarian but I have added seafood into my diet. I eat eggs, and a piece of cheese for Breakfast w a Protein Shake and dinner and lunch could be fish, shrimp ect w steamed veggies, quinoa ect. I can only have 2-3 bites so far. I try and eat every few hours? I take all of the required Vitamins and papaya enzyme! post-224263-14327800852441_thumb.jpg


  3. I was sleeved by Dr. Sergio Quinones!! He has the best team ever! I've maintained a great relationship with Stacy and Bill and they check on me often to see how I am doing! I actually speak 2 Stacy almost daily!

    I was sleeved 9 weeks ago and so far everything has been great! I had blood work done last week with my pcp and my labs are also great! I am 44 pounds down and I couldn't be happier! I am walking 4-5 miles a day everyday and I am consuming 80-90 grams of Protein daily. I thought I was losing slow but I really can't complain at all! I've never been happier!

    Dr. Q has a new facility and I hear it's really nice! (A few of my coworkers had surgery at the new facility)!

    His bedside manner was amazing and I begged him to let me go home early lol at first he was hesitant but he eventually said okay so I was there for 3 days instead of 4 lol!
