  2. I guess I wasn't being realistic about my weight loss. I thought it would be lots easier. In the beginning it was easy because I was limited on what I could tolerate. Now it seems that anything goes. So I am back to using my will power. Which I obviously don't have. I have been walking 30 minutes daily when I can.
  3. Hi, this is the first time I have ever written. I had my surgery in July. I have lost approximately 35 pounds. I am having a hard time watching what I eat. I am also sick of water. I can't believe I spent that much money to lose weight and still eat inappropriate things.
