We all come from a different place emotionally and with our life experiences and family dynamic. All opinions are welcome here, so I just ignore the ones I don't think are nice or supportive. I guess we can't escape them. I find that calling them out on it usually fuels a negative monster, so I don't bother.

Lizbiz and Pinky, you're both right... that scale can be a bad thing to check. I am going to move mine somewhere out of sight and just check it once a week.

I should be able to start back to my gym at the end of the week so that will help! thanks for the support.

Patience, patience, patience...this has been my mantra for the last 3 weeks!!! My scale has also stopped moving for the past 2 weeks!!! I have re-evaluated the way I am eating/drinking and I think I may not be drinking enough, so today I have started putting my water consumption above all else!! My suspicions tell me that this might be the cause of my stall, we shall see
