I had another .5 cc fill the other day. The nurse at my doctor's office is having me do a two week food journal so that if I don't start losing, they can make sure my band is ok. So, I am doing that. I can tell a difference with this small fill (I hope it doesn't go away). I can't eat fast, and in the morning, I have to wait a little while to drink my coffee. It is very tight first thing in the morning. meats are a little harder to get down, but they do go down. ...But, I think I am almost there!

I am having the same issue! Last week my hair dresser told me to get a "SUPER B" Vitamin. Her mom was told to take it after surgery and she said with in a month she started to look like a Chia pet...lol......I also have long thick hair and at about 3 months out, it was coming out in clumps in the shower! I started taking the super B Vitamins 1 week ago and I can already tell a little difference. Less is falling out. And I agree with the anesthesia thing because I lost 25 lbs the 1st 6 weeks but it almost stopped since then. Good luck to you!

I had mine 4 months ago. I feel your frustration although I'd hope at month 10 I'll have lost more. I lost 25 in the first 6 weeks but it pretty much stopped after that. I'm not in the "green zone" yet but after my 2nd fill, I can tell a big difference in how much I can eat. Just hang in there,! A friend of mine took 4 yrs to reach her goal. It was slow but steady best of luck to you

My husband and I went out to a Mexican Restaurant last night, I ate a little too much and since then, I feel the same soreness around the banded area as I did for a few days after my original surgery. I didn't have any slime or other side effects (but I did a NO-NO that I normally don't do and drank with dinner) . Has anyone ever eaten too much and felt sore in that area? Just new to the Banded Life and any new pain/ache, I get concerned. I've had no other issues, just sore right there. Thanks for any advice

I have been at the same fill for over 2 months. Happily losing 9-10 a month. Got sick last Monday. Been coughing and fever. Have been on a z pack, codeine, sudefed and ibuprofen. I have been cutting the pills to get them down. I feel as though my band has tightened itself. I can barely drink Water and I feel all these pills are getting stuck. I feel pain in my left upper mid back area. Very tight today, but yesterday i was able to eat 3 large tempura shrimp just fine. No pain. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I go to the er and get some Fluid out? I don't want to mess up my green zone if this will pass.

That's good to know, thanks. I also find, and have read alot, that the mornings are always tough.

I like the 3-2-1 too! New to this app and just had my 2nd fill today. Enjoying all the information
