Hi I am Leigh. I found BariatricPal with the advise of my patient advocate at True Results. I have been on a weight-loss journey most of my adult life. I have always been on that line of overweight and obese. My mom is a diabetic, type 1. I would really rather avoid type 2. After browsing the boards I feel that this is a community geared toward information and support. Just what I needed. I have so many dreams and new chapters of my life that I am starting at this very moment. I'll let you know how it goes....to be continued.
