  1. Well, in Greece where I stay and did my lap-band surgery, my sergeant got me a fill after the surgery 1cc. After this, I've had to wait 1 month for my first app and the first refill. After this I used to have a refill once a month till Feb 2016 (my surgery was on 10/2015) when I felt that I am in green zone and do not need any more.
  2. I used to be 107kg and now I am 80kg. I want to weight 75kg. With height 1.78cm I will be very happy in 75kg. What are your details?
  3. Hi beccagib09, welcome to this fascinating journey!!! I have a 3 year anniversary with my lapland at 24th of October! You'll see your life changing after a couple of refills. Please accept one advise from me, do not eat any liquids which are high in calories just because it's the easy way. Milkshakes, chocolates etc are banned. You are going to live a fabulous trip and accept the band as your friend and not your enemy. Also, one last thing.... Listen to your body.... take care

  7. Well, first of all calm down. Secondly, why don't you start from the beginning? Just think that you had the band today and start over. Also a good thought could be to visit your doctor for a tiny refill. 0,3-0,5. I had this feeling some months ago and I visited my doctor and started over. Its not a bag think. As long as you have the band, you are safe. The band does all the hard work for you. Take care

  9. Hey Nicky!!!! I wish you all the best!!! I am sure you will be fine. I haven't been a smoker, so I can not advise you on that. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Hmmm sorry but it sounds normal to me as well!!! I can not eat hot dog -especially the sausage- 1,5 year after the surgery. And I don't really care to eat it again. This kind of **** brought me to the lap-band surgery. You have to eat slowly... and chew chew chew. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  12. Hi there, my doctor did the same thing to me as well. When he put the band in me, back on October 2015, he just filled it with 1,00cc. I had to keep visiting him to his clinic till the 4th of February 2016, so I am in green zone now and lost 23kg in 8 months. FYI I live in Greece and this is how the doctors act here.
