OK I just had a appt with the dietician at Herr in hospital today, and I lost 16 pounds in nine days, a huge motivational lift! Thanks to God for the strength to keep pushing on!

Hey Jenn what type of exercise are you doing to lose weight! I have been walking on top of my diet plan. I have to do six month supervised diet, so I'm guessing you do not have the medical card?

I'm on two protein shakes a day, and a very small meal have to lose 95 pounds before surgery, anyone have the same type of path?
