    Tried Atkin's Advantage chocolate mocha to get used to the protein shakes. It wasn't bad.

      Those are good, I switched to premier protein at Costco when I had to start buying by the case. You can mix decaf instant coffee to chocolate and it tastes even better.

    Well today I officially hit goal weight. 135 pounds lost and it took me 9 months and 20 days. I thought I'd be more emotional than I am about it but I'm not. I'm not sure how I feel about it actually.

      That's amazing, I understand not knowing how to feel. some days I feel like I'm saying goodbye to an old friend who treated me horribly in the end. My addiction and self sabotage kept me oddly safe. Now that I'm free I find my thinking about it has changed and ask myself why and how. I'm finally free of the addiction that kept me at bay. Be proud and celebrate you!

    Having problems getting my protein in due to being sick :(

      I was having that problem in my first week of liquids and the extra protein will help and staying hydrated.
