  1. Summer rain, I would say call your insurance company first and see if it was submitted to them. If it was they can tell you if your approved or still have to wait on approval. Then call the PCP or your bariatric office and tell them what you found out or didn't find out. It's been way to long with your wait. Usually ins will approve or deny you in a few days to 2 weeks. So get on the phone and call. Best of luck

  4. Hi there heav85, I started my visits in April, will finish up 15 th Oct the same day I start my 2 week liquids. Hmm I really don't know about a 2 week liquids, just that most people have to do it. I will get more information as the time gets closer. What part of KY are you from? I'm not to far from Ft. 8. LainieG, You lay on your back and this large square thing (camera) it's really big does come close to your face. It starts on your right side and it moves like 2 inches at a time. It comes up and over you down to your left side. I'm claustrophobic also with the MRI machine, but this one wasn't bad. You put your arms over your head and close your eyes! They do this test twice, during your time there. Do you have to have this test before surgery?
  9. Congrats, glad to hear your doing well.
  10. Rovobay, what kind of shakes did you get through insurance? I'm wondering if medicare does this, do you wait till after surgery to check on ins paying?
