    Sugar free has been my middle name lately. Pudding, jello and crystal light have been in the fridge and on my lips all weekend. I will continue to make this a wonderful habit.
     
    I am excited about getting to 375 and 350. I turn 40 next July and I am ready. I pray that I get there healthy. I can see my body changing and I am excited.

    I took off yesterday to get somethings done. I am stressed!! Washed clothes, cleaned up a tiny bit, went to cleaners twice in the morning, picked up kids, took them to Duke Ellington for tests, realized they get out of school in a matter of DAYS!!!! Traffic was tighter then expected getting there, visited friend in hospital, very pesimistic person, picked up kids, they came out late, hot out, traffic was silly going home, going over everything I need to do for DC prom thingy. Go back to cleaners and pick up clothes, beauty supply store spend more then wanted to. Ended up showering and blow drying DC hair, went to sleep after ironing blouse while watching made. he he he
     
    This morning stressing about all that I still need to do before prom tonight
    necklace, nails, hair, wash car, her girlfriends hair, purse and who knows what else :faint:
     
    How personal can I get on this thing......have you ever gased and it felt really good to have it out but it stinks...:eek:
     
    I have gone to several threads/forums this morning and I can't even gocus to get my thoughts together.

    I went back for more yesterday and did 3.2 miles. Oh boy if the weather would just stay this nice.

    It's Fridayyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!
     
    I'm here, I went to the gym when I got off yesterday and this morning. When I go I normally do 2 min on the eliptical thingy 15 or 20 min on the treadmill and between 2-4 weight machines working my arms and legs. I am normally there from 25 to 45 minutes. At home I run up and down the stairs. I need to incorporate more in at home.

    L- hm made pulled pk, rice, cheese hopefully real slow
    D- salad(lettuce, egg, pickle), ice cream

    I know it wasn't the best food but it could have been worst.
     
    Today
    Breakfast:oatmeal 200
    Snack:Pasta salad 1/2 cup
    Lunch: 1/4 sausage
    Dinner: 4 wendy nuggets, 1/2 jerrys steak and cheese
    4 oatmeal cookies w/icing
     
    Wed
    Breakfast: those home made choc chip cookies again and V8 140
    Snack: small bag chips 150
    Lunch string beans
    candy 170
    Dinner:2 cheese toast w/ 4 pepperoni, 1/4 kielbossa, little bit of general tso chicken, home made truffles

    I have to get serious about doing my exercise at home. I can not walk out there in that heat. I WILL walk EARLY on Saturday and Sunday....7am should be good at HP and or Watkins. I love the morning anyhow.
     
    I am wearing my pedometer and trying to put steps on it throughout the day. I made an attempt to get all my steps in yesterday but I only got about half....not good. I will do more today for sure. I have to run errands so I will do laps around Wal Mart. LOL

    Somebody stick a needle in my side...quick. I need a fill, yesterday. Ok I have enjoyed all the junk I wanted hummm:rolleyes: , well I didn't get that steak and cheese yet. I still have time, I'll do that this weekend.:eek: Oh uh yeah, I uhhhh need that fill. yep
     
    I have to say I am feeling pretty good. I got my eyebrows done yesterday and needed to go to a store just a few stores away and I walked. In the past, I would jump in the car with no hesitation. I am truly pleased with getting the band and becoming more active.
     
    Tonight is weigh in and I am excited, pray for me. I would love to see that 5 pounds gone but I just don't know. I keep saying it but when I get my scale oh my goodness, I just may have to bring it to work with me. I am below 400 pounds.

    I love you guys for the motivation and encouraging words.
     
    I did not work out last night and I was eating on stuff all night. Boy was I stuffed. I will not be doing that today. What I did do was walk around the grocery store. I went to see a sick friend and cooked dinner for another friend.
     
    Today is Thursday and it is going to be a glorious day:high5: COME ON YOU GUYS LET'S HAVE A GREATTTTT DAY!!!!!!:eek::Banane20::Banane20::Banane20:STREAKERSSSSSS:pound:

    Saturday- It began raining when I left home, so I went to the track. There were people there so I said if they can do it so will I. I would stop if it rained harder but the rain and cool breeze felt so refreshing. I kept walking. I did 3.5 miles and wanted to do more. Some folks left the track but more came. I like that... I have not been walking due to the heat (excuse) but my body responded well to the rest. Later that day I walked again with Crystalstart 2 miles at Tucker Rd Path.
     
    Sunday- 3 mile walk at HP w/Crystalstar I felt great, we took a break by the water and it was just an awesomely, beautiful day. I felt so good that near the end I would job a tiny bit. I felt good to have the extra energy at the end. WOW I hope next weekend is as beautiful and cool.

    Thank you ladies for being here and for the encouragement. I am feeling blessed today. Listening to Yolanda Adams and tyring to work. WOW I am doing my walk/jog in place today to keep the cardio going, keep the metabolism burning.
