I too, overdid the holiday....3 pounds gained....first gain since my sleeve- July 16th. Down 74 pounds... Trying to up protein and diminish the carbs! Exercise needs to increase too.

I always say I has a hernia repaired. The doc did fix a hiatal hernia...weightloss follows that surgery also....

I am 5'1 inch. I weigh 177. I am wearing size 12 pants. My goal is 120....don't know what size that will be.
