Yay, me. I have progressed out of the overweight category to the top of the normal weight category. My BMI is finally below 25. I am thrilled, but I am not done. My goal is to be like the super fit seniors that I read about. I am looking forward to being able to exercise again.
Oh to be in the normal of anything.... I have now got down to just being overweight.... finally dropped the morbidly obese.... who ever thought of that tag...
