Do you know about how many oz your stomach can hold right now? If so, just say "Honey, I need you to ensure you will not ejaculate more than XX oz. I hope you understand." haha

This weekend I went to a preschooler's birthday party. There wasn't a lot for the adults to do but sit around and talk to one another as the kiddos went crazy. After sitting for several hours in a camp chair my back was starting to ache. I switched to another upright chair and it was better, but I just couldn't get comfortable. I started squirming around looking for a comfortable position and suddenly I just crossed my legs. That was it, that simple. I was able to cross my legs. I haven't done that in years...I mean YEARS! ( at least 15+) I suddenly realized what I had done and started giggling to myself. I didn't sit too long with my legs crossed for the simple fact I have vascular issues and it isn't good for that. But it was an unexpectedly happy NSV. Even though I am not quite half way to goal, I have a body that moves so much better now. I love it!

Sex is AWESOME after surgery. My honey can pick me up and move me to another position in one swoop. It's been great!

Yup, I know exactly what you mean. Sex was difficult for me because whenever I'd get on top, within a couple minutes my knees would be killing me (I guess the pressure of my weight combined with having sore knees already from hailing around so much weight during the day)
I also am happier being sexual because I have less smelly crevices(I know, TMI!) but while I obviously don't always smell like a rose, I find that my genitals, arm pits and my body in general just doesn't get as stinky as they used to. My feet also smell better. I think I'm not sweating as much because it's easier to move around.

Guess what. You can't control the world. You can only control YOU. I think you are going to be making a big mistake if you don't tell this "great guy". How could you ever have an intimate relationship if you cannot trust him? With a big secret or a little secret, it shouldn't be a secret between the two of you. I know, its still early in your relationship, but think about it, if things progress along, and he finds out your 'secret' at a later date, then it might destroy what you have built. How would you like to find out a 'big secret' too late of his? Cross dresser? A wife and kid? Child molester? If he takes a hike after you tell him, then surly, you will know he wasn't the ONE. Don't cut off your nose to spite your face.

Having been through it, there is no way I could have hid it from those close to me. I think that would have added such a level of stress that I could not have dealt with. I know there are a lot of ppl that have concealed the surgery, by telling little white lies... I just don't see that there's anything shameful about having this surgery. My scars are just now starting to fade, but still noticeable. I know this is not what you wanted to hear. I know you are set on keeping it from everyone. For me, it is my secrets that keep me sick.

ive been heavy all my life and having sex (sorry blunt) just wasnt all that fun. too much fat on me, didnt find myself attractive, and so on. but now that ive lost a good amount of weight...im likin it so much more now. its easier and not as hard. i guess cuz i can move easier. anyone else feel that way? i know its a crazy topic but hey its the girls room!

Yes! I was bawling my eyes out one minute and then was happy and laughing the next. I was never like that prior to surgery. Not to mention it's like Niagara Falls! I started taking birth control again to calm my hormones down. Hopefully, it helps.

This is my 1 year post op.

Prior to surgery aunt flow never really took much out of me, but since my surgery my PMS week has been a killer. more mood swings then im use to more cramps and pains then ive had before and coming a bit late and lasting longer. anyone else have these issues??
