Yes I had insomnia just up until a couple days ago and I had surgery on the sep 1st. I started working out later in the evening. I dont know if that made a difference, but i slept really well last night.

I thought they had to surgically remove it so it didnt go to your heart?

Thank you for welcoming me. I had my sleeve done at "surgery specialty hospitals of American". It went pretty well. I ended up having to have emergency surgery because no barium was going through with the upper GI. Everything is great now. I saw my dr today, took my stitches out. Im just really excited to get going, and have structure and discipline with my eating habbits.

Before my sleeve I had the lap Band and I turned into an alcoholic. Then I got sober and turned back to food and gained a ton of weight, now im sleeved and ready to conquer my food addiction. I know several people who replaced food with alcohol.

Fuzzy Navel by Syntrax is AWESOME!!! You can get it on vitacost.com for pretty cheap. Put it in with some crystal light. GREAT STUFF! Im a little over a week post-op, and im only getting in between 25-40 grams.

Oh my goodness!!!! I am in so much freaking pain, I cant stand it any longer. I noticed the pain a few months ago, but the pain has become excruciating this last month. My stomach bloats up past my breast......and my chest is huge! Where in your abdomen does it hurt? For me, it is directly above my navel, and even hurts to press on the area. It now hurts all the time. Katie
