Hi Sue, No i am not involved in one, i live out in north bend and work in Bothell, so its really hard for me to get to the one they offer at St. Francis. I love this forum though, everytime i have a question or a little scare about a pain, (like yesterday i had a stabbing pain in my neck and shoulder) I come on here and find the answer!!

Hi ellen, I just got banded on 10/16/07 with Dr. Oh at St Francis Hospital in Federal Way, so far soo good, just trying to get healed up. My experience with Dr. Oh has been pretty good, he knows his stuff and i was in and out of ther hospital with no problem. My dad also had surgery with Dr. Oh on August 23rd 2007, so we are going through this together, were both self paying patients, it was around 12,800 for the surgery not including pre-op testing, the cheaspest price i've found around WA.

I was just banded on Oct 16th with Dr. Oh in federal Way, my surgeon has me on a 5lb maximum lifting restriction, and that is supposed to last for 2 mos. I guess it just depends on the Doctor.
