Constipation:( it's a great site for things others do or have been through. You need to know you are in good hands and YES things will be different.... Example: there are no computers in the hospital? Nurses use clip boards and notebooks. They speak little English ? It's very clean and you are safe! And taken care of! There are bumps in the road ...pick up times , waiting, nothing life threating? Boarder crossing is ALWAYS different... You can not time it! So time schedules get screwed up. Know that Dr. Ortiz is wonderful and personable !

( who knows) it will have a message ? Any way I am a day ahead of you. I fly out of Florida the 27th to San Diego where they pick me up at the Airport that evening. My procedure will be the next morning , the 28th. I am struggling with this pre opp diet!! Lost 10 lbs already but I stay hungry and it's hard because I have NO will power! I am doing it! I just keep thinking this is going to help me heal faster!! I wish Saturday would just get here! I hope I can stick to the broth!! Can't wait to see how you are doing?

I am hoping to have my sleeve the first week in July! So glad for a support group! I will be having it done in Mexico. Self pay! Down fall is you don't get the help beforehand? So I am doing a lot of reading. Any support would be great!

I can relate! I start my two week pre diet Monday...thinking of everything I can never eat again! Making me realize maybe I do have food issues? I am scheduled for the 28th. I am really worried about the liquid diet? Honestly getting nervous!!
