  1. ~just discovered this site too! Double ditto to Twyla & Beth & Karen. I'm scheduled for 10/12/07 in TJ mexico w/Dr. Ortiz. Need to call again to get going on my pre-op. A bit nervous though, still waiting for surgery loan(s) to come through or I may have to reschedule..I'm kinda anxious (and embarrased to admit) that if I have to push back my surgery date...i won't be on solid food by the time Thanksgiving comes around...and I won't be able to eat my moms famous mashed sweet potatoes! I know its all about sacrifice, but seriously, i started w/ Thnxgving day, and counted backwards to allow myself "maximum healing time" so I could enjoy sweet potatoes...is that deranged or what? anyone else have those thoughts when scheduling surgery?
