Hey Misty I have to hand it to you girl, you look great. You have come a long way and I am so proud of you. You are my inspiration. Congratulations on your recent success. I am still waiting to get to 199 and I know I will soon. By the end of February I hope to be under 200. I only have 4 lbs to go , but it has been 4 lbs for some time now. Just looking forward to the underland experience and knowing I will NEVER be there again...

  4. I must be in a stall again. I havent dropped any weight for nearly 2 weeks.

  5. Lost a total of 35 lbs and I am feeling great. It is amazing how many people have noticed that I am changing. That in itself helps me stay on track. Thank you eveyone

  6. I have been in a stall for about two weeks. I have lost 3 lbs. Im not discouraged ecause I read all about the stalls and they are to be expected.

a stall is weeks, not two weeks. Just keep on doing what you're doing and the weight will come off. Look for the NSVs when the scale isn't moving.

  7. I have lost 25 lbs and I am feeling great.

  8. Week 3 and down 21 lbs. Hit my first stall last week and I am back on track.

I'm doing amazing. Down 45 lbs! Happy to see your progress!

  10. My surgery is in two weeks on the 6th... No pre-op diet, as of yet. I see my doctor on Thursday. He may put me on a liquid diet, not sure yet. Anyway, I am willing to do what ever it takes to lose this weight and get back to being healthy. For me its not about looking good (a plus) but its more about feeling and being healthy. I am so tired of looking in the mirror and wondering where I went and who is this person looking back at me. I dont expect to see that vibrant 25 year old but I would like to at least recognize myself.

I am doing really well. Healed up very nicely. I'm on day 8 of a stall though so that is exhausting to check the scale and see no change, but my clothes feel a bit better, so that is a plus. I remember waiting for my appts and surgery, felt like it was taking forever and looking back it seems like time flew. You'll get here soon!!

Thank you for the encouraging words. Keep up the good work, if your clothes are getting nigger, thats cuz you are getting smaller.

  12. I got the call today to confirm my surgery date. I go in October 6th. Cant wait to start this journey. Let me give all those who are waiting for approval: I was on My Fitness Pal for 18 months. Thank goodness. My insurance wanted me to show that I have been trying for at least 6 months out of 18 months. Because I kept records of my progress, they accepted my documentation as proof.

  14. This waiting is terrible. I thought once I got all my appointments and requirements done it would be so bad. I cant sit still waiting for a date.....

That is the hardest part, at least before that you are actively doing something! Be strong, it goes fast (so i'm told, but i'm still skeptical!)
