a stall is weeks, not two weeks. Just keep on doing what you're doing and the weight will come off. Look for the NSVs when the scale isn't moving.

    October Surgery Date

I will say, since my surgery I have a lot less appetite, but my cravings are still there. I made dinner for our family on Friday night. One of my favorites, fried chicken, potato salad and baked beans. I cheated.... I tried to eat a wing... I chewed and chewed and chewed and then I slowly swallowed.... Needless to say I was uncomfortable until I forced myself to purge. I promise I won't do that again. My grilled chicken will wait until I can eat it, not any sooner.

    Two week post op

As of today I have lost a total of 17.5 lbs. tomorrow marks week 2. I have been keeping track of my inches and I can tell you I have lost anywhere from 0.5 to 2 inches in various places. I measured my neck, upper and lower legs, paper and lower arms, bust, under bust, waist, gut and buttocks. I am so stoked at this point. I think I am in my first stall. I have only lost a pound in the last two days, but I know I will return to weight loss.
