Hello all So tomorrow's the big day... My husband and I went to LA fitness today and got weighed 272 lbs 14 lbs down since July 26th.. hope my surgeons pleased I am.... Anyway the LA fitness thing is for a personal trainer... And I am horribly nervous... Let's check in with each other post op please...

Omg... I'm not sleeved yet.. But what I can say is try to remember the reason or reasons you got sleeved in the first place... And keep in mind all the things you had to do to have the surgery like dietician appts... ultrasounds...psych evals...etc... if all else fails look at old pics of yourself and imagine a more healthier you... YOU CAN DO IT!!!! -
Ok so day 2 of liquid diet.. And honestly I'm not sure if it's PMS or not but every one in my house is getting on my nerves..I swear
