My surgery was 7/15 and weighed myself this morning and I am down 50 lbs from my first weigh-in. Met my first goal, now on to the next 60 lbs I need to lose.

I had my surgery 7/15 and feel great. I walk 1/2-1 mile a day right now(really bad knees). I am down 47 lbs. since my first weigh-in.

I am only suppose to have a 1/4 cup at one sitting. I made a lean hamburger with cheese and I only could eat a quarter of it. I make one scrambled egg for breakfast and I am full.

I am only getting 300-400 calories in a day. I just am not hungry. I am doing soft foods, mainly soft chicken. I am only 2 weeks post op, and only have lost 10 lbs. I am a little frustrated that I have not lost anymore. I am walking everyday.

That would also make me dump, my program is less than 10g of sugar and fat.

I had my surgery on 7/15. I really have not had any pain, just a little soreness. I have not taken any pain meds since I came home on the 16th. I am getting in 60g of Protein Shake a day and plenty of Water and crystal light. I am so ready for some scrambled eggs or some mashed potatoes. I can handle cold ice water also. I am craving salt so much since I don't like Soups, all the stuff I have been able to have are sweet.

I am, surgery is July 15th. Just started the liquid diet today. I don't like Soup so I am having yogurt for lunch and dinner and 3 Protein Shakes a day. I can also have sugar-free pudding, Jello and applesauce.

I am also from Minnesota and going through HealthEast Bariatric. I don't have a surgery date yet, but I do have my last appt. with my Nut. On Friday May 9th. After that it will go to the insurance company. I am hoping for a fast approval.

I had surgery July 15th and I am down 36 lbs since surgery day, and a total of 72 lbs. since June. I feel great, but now I have no interest in eating food. I am getting my fluids in, but not my Protein.< /p>
