    I know I feel terrible about it. I am going to stick to the high Protein liquid only for the next 6 days I hope it helps.

    My name is tasha I am having my surgery may 15 but I am extremely nervous, going under always scares me. I hope it is worth it in the end.

    I am in utah. I have been feeling the same way kinda like a roller coaster. Happy and excited then the next minute scared.... I know its worth it I just hate surgery.

    So far I have just done 2 days of my pre op diet. They have me do slim fast shake for breakfast and lunch and 2 protein bars for snacks and a loe calorie high protein frozen dinner. Its been ok I just drink a lot of water and just try to remind myself why im doing.
