  1. came from 295 I now weigh 173
  2. You are exactly correct. If you are determined it is not unrealistic. They really don't work out 24/7, they can't...Your body has to have time to heal. It becomes unhealthy if you workout to much. I work out 5/6 times a week and run at least 2 miles a day. But I have always worked out..I'm one of those "work out junkies" plus I'm training for the Navy SEALs, so I have been pretty hardcore for a bit. I have a lot of knowledge in working out if anyone here has any questions just aim me at crossfitnick. Weight loss has SO MUCH to do with what you eat. People eat food and drink stuff that makes me think "and you wonder why you can't lose weight". You have to stop COMPLETELY drinking carbonated beverages. Water WATER WATER. ALL SUGAR TURNS INTO FAT EXCEPT FOR THE SUGAR GOTTEN BY FRUIT. If you work out almost at all. You should drink a gallon of water a day, not pepsi cola (makes me cringe). I mean I could give tips all day long, but if nobody here will follow them it's pointless so if you want advice aim me.
  3. It sounds like you are well on your way to success! I am not banded but I do know a TON about exercising, which is what has brought me here. I am currently in the D.E.P program for the military waiting to be shipped to go into the Navy SEALs. Bicycling is a GREAT way to get yourself into cardiovascular shape. Cardio is one of the most neglected things within a workout routine. You can never do enough. Sweating is also the key to losing weight. Do not be affraid to sweat. If you arn't sweating, you arn't working hard enough. Depending on your weight, if you are near enough to your goal weight incorporate running/jogging. Do not do it in shoes you have been walking in for the past 10 years. You have to have specific "run shoes" and "walking shoes" or you will be asking for knee problems, and or shin splints. Swimming is another very good way to get in shape. It works every muscle in your body. If anyone has any questions please feel free to aim me crossfitnick is my aim name. Hope this helps out!!!!!!!!!! "Pain is temporary, no matter the pain it will be eventually be replaced with something else, however, the feeling of failure is forever"
