I am getting more and more frustrated. I had surgery 5/12 my hw was 267 and I am currently 232. I'm feeling so discouraged and im wondering maybe my slow loss is due to what I'm eating or not eating. Can you guys help me out please, any ideas and tips are helpful & I'd really appreciate it . I'm also going to the gym a minimum of 2 times a week sometimes 4. Thanks everyone #

What do you do, or has anyone ever regretted getting this sleeve? I am 8 days post op and I feel myself slipping into a depression wishing I wouldn't have ever started this journey. I really hate feeling this way and my husband feels bad that I'm so upset all of the time. Help please any advice or encouragement is more than welcome !!!

After a long and dreaded two day wait I finally got the approval from BCBS I'm so excited to get this process started . Yay us !!

Wow big girl panties thanks so much for all of that info I'm going to go online and check that out now ! I'm hoping that I will be able to use the kind I bought now I can't imagine the taste of an unflavored Protein powder lol!
