Sounds normal-ish so far. I am only one day ahead of you and today is my first day feeling good. Keep an eye on your symptoms and call the doc if they get worse not better.

Don't be concerned about bothering the doctor. You just paid him $3K. Make him earn it. And if he's a professional, he'll welcome the call and want to make sure you're OK.

Day 3, still sore but the more I move the better I feel, no hunger and even though I had to make Breakfast for the family, a little sugar free Jello helped stay full and did not make the smells of food unbearable.

I hope you are calling your surgeon's office immediately. They will want to know this! You may be having a reaction to the anesthesia or painkillers, or maybe you are dehydrated. But don't guess, and don't trust to a forum of well-meaning strangers in the internet -- call your medical professionals!
