  2. Had surgery on May 10 and I'm eating to fast, before sleeve I was always the one to scarf down my food, I have tried to slow down now but i still find my self eating to fast and by the time I get the full feeling I have over eaten -- any suggestions? I bought a baby spoon which has helped wanted to know if anyone else had this problems

  7. Had the gastric sleeve on May 10. I can hold way more food than what I was told I could and it has me scared I'm gonna bust my seams. I think I jumped ahead to eating soft foods so I'm going to stop and go back to puréed for another week. I'm losing but I'm so afraid of causing a leak it's making me stress out about it.. Any help out there?
