Surgery tomorrow at 7 am. Question:I can have clear broth - does beef broth sound ok or is it just chicken broth?

Curious if anyone knows of a link that I can find on the internet that is a Bariatric geared food chart, which I can record all the liquids/food, Vitamins, Water that I will be having after surgery on a daily basis? Want to stay organized - thanks! I am first up for surgery on the 16th @ 7 am. -

I am also June 16th. Pre-op appt tomorrow. Been on liquid diet for 3 days now. Getting used to it but not loving the continual sweetness of the shakes. Looking forward to keeping in touch with u all as we progress!
