    Hi all, Going to my first appointment with Dr. S, on 6/7. I am not looking forward to the insurance battle. Got all the criteria yesterday from BC/BS. But, I am determined to do it, however long it takes. I know it will be worth it. Thanks to all of you for sharing this information. It is wonderful to find these questions answered. Many blessings!
