    A test of stamina...Easter dinner with the family. This was really difficult as all my favorites were prepared. Good thing I'm 8 days banded otherwise I just might have overdone it. checked in with the doctor before to see if I could have anything on the menu but was limited to Chicken, Tuna or Egg Salad. So, this is truly a lifestyle change. What better day to begin than Resurrection Sunday.

      Congrats that you did good on Easter relief57...I did pretty good myself...had a piece of turkey, some stuffing and broccoli and a small piece of cranberry sauce...only they were small portions...I was very happy with myself. So keep up the good work...talk with you soon...
