lol ummm... well before i'll admit, i didnt really work out or diet, but only because i didnt get restriction until 6months after my surgery, so it was like i didnt even have the band...

now, im goin to the gym and doing pilates...

the first couple of months everyone looses quickly... but dont worry, im a VERY SLOW when it comes to losing weight
