    Revision due to GERD

Thank you Grace🙏 My surgery was actually 2014. It’s been so long that I forgot 😛 I recently had an arm lift, tummy tuck & breast lift. Which is another reason I don’t want to do it. I take omeprazole daily. I have not met with another surgeon. I’m sure it’s inevitable though😭

    Revision due to GERD

I had my sleeve done September 2016. I lost 145lbs. I now weigh 165lbs & my acid reflux has not gotten any better. I know I need a revision but I’m scared & my doctor moved away😭
  4. Please send samples with purchases. I love how Nashua Nutrition does that. It's a great way to try new products out that I would have not tried or known about before. Either way I will purchase from BariatricPal cause it has a special place in my [emoji173]!

How Do You Meet Your Fluid Goals?

I fill up my 32 ounce hydroflask with ice, water & a packet of fruit punch crystal light 2-3 times a day. I also have at least 1 protein shake and sometimes a decaf iced coffee

    Fainting spells

I get dizzy when I haven't had much sodium. When that happens (daily) I go eat a few olives or drink some Powerade zero.

  8. Yes, mine will put me in the overweight category but I'm ok with that.

  10. I don't think you should still be hurting. I only had pain the day of my surgery. I had my stitches & membrane out last week. It bled and was gross feeling that day but better by the next day. Hope your pain goes away!
  11. Omg, you were awake for your bone graft? I was put to sleep for mine. Felt nothing. It was actually quite pleasant. Except for the $800+ it cost! I'm having an implant in about 3 months (root canal that became infected) and that will be an additional $1,200. Will be nice to finally be able to chew on both sides tho! I feel ya on the costs tho. Can't imagine not having insurance!

Got my new Fitbit Charge HR

My charge hr doesn't count my steps properly. It shorts me several thousand. My husband wore it and it worked fine for him. I wore his and was still shorted steps. For some reason it doesn't like the way I walk and I can only get it to work right if I keep my arm still by my side which is not comfortable to do. There's a whole thread on this on the Fitbit forums from other people who experience the same thing. I bought a Fitbit One and it works great. I love it!

I take one a day, Vitamin Shoppe brand.
  15. Ouch! I thought gallbladder at first as well. Your symptoms sounded a bit like the attack I had before having mine removed. Do they know what caused your kidney stone? Now I have to go and Google it! :-)
