i am new to michigan i am from new york. so i am just trying to find some people in my area i can talk with and help me get back on track

HI i live in the upper part of Michigan i am looking to see if there is anyone else in my area that would like support or help me. I need some support and motivation to help me get back on track.

it all depends on your medical insurance some insurances require 6 month long of your attempts to loose weight. For example of you have tried weight watches or any diets.

yes they put it in when you are sleeping and i had mine in until the next day when they knew i was able to get up and walk good. so it all depends on your doctor if they will take it out or leave it in longer

I was had my sleeve done July 8th and i would not change my decision for anything. I have lost 61 pounds since i started the whole process started. I feel better about my self since i had the surgery. My self esteem has went out.

in my opinion you should see a different heart doctor because it sounds like he is just against weight loss surgery. that stuff about chronic diarrhea, vitamin deficiency can all be prevented if you follow what your surgeon and doctors tell you you will be fine. i had my surgery july 8th and i would never go back and change my decision it has been the best thing to happen for me.

the 2 weeks liquid diet is mainly to shrink your liver so it is easier to move around inside. i wish u the best of luck.

my doctor told me wait at least 12 months before even trying to get pregnant.

i had my surgery 7-8-14 i always had bad stomach issues all my life from every morning i would wake up with stomach to after i eat i would run to the bathroom. i was told i had IBS and since my surgery i haven't had any stomach issues. so i think the surgery has helped.

thank you i am happy to be on the other side now. i have been up walking a lot which is helping.

Yes i made trough it all and feel good just sore and sleepy but i have been up walking.

what doctor do u have?

i have to do 3 weeks of the optifast. first week is 4 shakes and one bar then the second 2 weeks is just shakes

i have tried the french vanilla, chocolate and the strawberry. out of the 3 i liked the chocolate and strawberry. i start my 3 week pre-op diet monday. Best of luck with your surgery.

what flavor did they give?

I have a 3 week pre-op diet i start mine this coming monday all liquids

My Surgery day is July 8th i am so excited i am 27 but will be 28 when i have my surgery.
