I will be going to Disney too. I will be 3 1/2 months post op. Thankfully my mother lives in Florida and will be meeting us the first night for dinner. She is going to bring me a case of Premier Protein and a case of Water. I plan to have a Premier Protein every morning for breakfast. We do not have the dining plan. I have already cancelled all of the buffet meals we had planned. We will still do a few table services and I plan to get the highest protein appetizer I can find or a salad with grilled chicken. Hoping I can have salad at that time. At the quick service meals, some have salads, or I will do a sandwich and not eat the bread. Best of luck to you. We go to Disney every summer, I am looking forward to being a little lighter this year and not hiding behind my children for all of the pictures.

Congratulations!!! I know the feeling as I just made it to Onderland today!! My lowest adult weight was 190 and that was 10 years ago. I was only that weight for about a minute. I cannot wait to see 189. Goodbye to the 200's forever!

Ok Here are my numbers, Starting weight of 202, July 4th Goal weight of 190. Good luck everybody!

I love being able to go into a 'reg' store & be able to shop... i dont have to go to the 3rd floor or basement in the far back were all the over sized clothes are hidden...

I'm in! Excited for my first challenge! Will post my numbers on Friday.

I have to say, I am feeling so much better today. I am almost done with my first Protein drink 3 hours before I was able to finish it yesterday. I am hoping to go to my son's lacrosse game today but only if I can get the diarrhea pver with before we leave. I will keep you in my prayers Penny. The thought of having a cough while going through all of this is horrible. Hang in, better days are sure to come.

I am also 3 days out and having a very difficult time getting my Protein and liquid requirements in for the day. I only got about half in yesterday. Hoping for an improvement today. This is certainly a lot harder than I thought it would be.

Wow! Can't believe it's here. I have to be at the hospital at 12:15. Best wishes to all of us! I'm pretty nervous.

I am schedualed for April 23rd. I got my insurance approval yesterday. Unfortunately, there was a problem with my blood work, something to do with clotting. My doctors office us mailing me a new prescription to have new blood work done at a lab. Really hoping surgery can happen as planned on the 23rd.

I am also in NY and scheduled for the 23rd!! It feels like the time is flying now!! Good luck to you!! I have had all my testing done and have my pre op appt with the hospital this Friday!

Hi Steph! My surg date was April 30 and found out today since I'm done with all my test, only need final nutrition class which is April 4...now my surg date has been moved up to April 23!!! I'm super pumped and excited!

I'm so excited! Happy to be here. I am Stephanie, from New York and I was just given my surgery date. April 23rd! I am really hoping all of my pre surgical testing goes smoothly and we can continue on with his date.
