I can agree with all of y'all..people are SO NOSEY!! ???? and they usually guess waaaayyy more than what you've actually lost but because I'm in a stall right now I think no one cares or notices ???? this journey has been way more emotional than physical ????????????

Were/are u taking actigal?

I'm sure you're doing everything right but hey at least yours is more natural and people don't look at you like you're crazy or on drugs!

Oohh my!! Great for you all but I'm jealous!! I started at 246 and have only lost 76 in 6 months!! What am I doing wrong?

Anyone experience more hip, joint,etc pain after losing weight? I'm 181 and in some ways it sure doesn't feel like it!!

Anyone had upper right pain??

I'm only 3 months out and have anxiety about eating in front of people. I eat too much then make trips to the bathroom. It sucks but I'm working on it!

The hiccups will go away. I had a tough first month so I learned to be patient. Maybe gas drops will help!

Try thicker foods like refried beans. Also the drinking rule is very pertinent on whether you feel full or not. But yes, I'm 3 months out and I've learned which foods will keep me full longer, etc

I had to use the numbing spray cause my throat hurt as well.... Don't gulp any liquids!!! Use a sippy cup if u have too!!

Hey!! I'm 5'6 surgery weight was 246 lbs Tuesday was my 3 month and I was down 46 pounds. My doctor was happy with that???? it's just so hard to be patient!! I wanna know what it will be like 18 months after surgery!!!????
