After years of trying everything and battling my weight since I was 13..I am ready for this!..Arthritis in my feet of all things and stress fractures there too..In 2013 at age of 50 tried to start a reasonable exercise plan that was walking..even on a walking track at my local recreation center left me in the Orthopedic surgeons office getting steroid injections in my knees..I was a heavy smoker for many years quit 2 years ago. I stayed at 185 for a while with some ups and downs due to being on some diet or another. But after be coming a non smoker..my weight hit the 200 mark..Don't like feeling like I am socially isolating myself due to my weight....I have decided to do this..I have to self pay..as I am lucky enough not to by have Diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea. I never realized I could be a candidate for this..I feel like I can do this..I could always lose some weight on my own but eventually I would always give up and revert back to old ways.. I feel like I have the opportunity is get my life back!!!
