  1. Metamucil or other mire organic psyllium type of product can help absorb excess liquid but if you are having an acid bowel you should switch to non acid forming foods. Just google it. Brown rice is good, also citrus, fresh only. Stay away from meat and dairy. Hope that helps (besides meds...)
  2. Hi guys, my son is almost 15 and he desperately needs the help. I have been getting the talks like "you need to get in touch with your feelings to stop overeating" etc. but I believe he is plain enjoying his food and not active enough and over the years it has added up to 295 lbs. I believe his best weight will be about 185-90, though he is 5'9 the guy is seriously big boned and muscular. So how did you get the banding at a young age, did you have to really fight for it? :help:
