I am currently doing my pre-op diet and have been under 500 calores, can I excercise as well or no? I dont want to be weak since I am not eating that many calories?

When i had my lapband I told the nurse i started my cycle, she said i will still need to put on the fishnet like undergarments...i had on a pad and the hospital undies...i had to take mine off!

I would love a buddy! I will be sleeved april 9th in Dallas tx!! I take biotin 7500 and Msm for my hair...i also use a shampoo with protein in it!! I prev had the lapband and went from sz 18 to 8/10 no problem with lose skin or losing my hair! Currently a 14 lookn to be a 8...good luck and gongrats on everyone success!! I would suggest taking a high dosage of biotin everyday along with MSM. Make sure you shampoo your hair with a biotin shampoo or a shampoo with protein in it.

Are you a self pay or is that what insurance wont cover? My insurance isn't covering anything. Being a self pay I'm paying $16,000. That includes everything from my EGD to my post-op appointments, overnight stays in the hospital, nutritionist, anesthesiologist, and everything else in between That is out of pocket Ins is paying for revision from band to sleeve

April 9th is my big day and i hsve to start full liquid diet on April 2nd ready set goooo

Awwww keep up the good work!! I got my date April 9th!! They called me yesyerday and tomorrow is my last consult!! She said i will be on a 1 week full liq diet!! Im ready excited and scared!!
