pre op diet and excercise

I am currently doing my pre-op diet and have been under 500 calores, can I excercise as well or no? I dont want to be weak since I am not eating that many calories?

    Thanks i walked a mile and rode the bike a mile...i actually feel energized with only 382 cal for today
