Well everybody I am in Mexico, Monterrey, waiting for my surgery it is the day after tomorrow! And I am just ready to get it over with!!! I am so sick of not chewing something!! Well I hope everyone is doing good! and good luck with your up coming dates and ones that have passed keep your chin up!!

Hi Lisa~ I live in Montana, my mom and I will be leaving on the 5th to have some fun before the surgery! When will you be arriving? I am really nervous!!! I started my Liquid Diet today and it is really hard! and I have been crying a lot today I am pretty sure it is just nerves! But who knows! Hi I am ashley and I will be having Lap band surgery on November 8th in Monterry, Mexico! I am just looking for poeple who are having the surgery there at the same time as me or if you just want to chat. I will be in Mexico from the 5th-11th so just let me know! Hi all this is Ashley thats my real name not just anw5102! I am leaving for Monterry on Monday with my Mom, my rock, and we have 2 days of fun then we have SURGERY!!! I start my pre-op diet tomorrow so i had McDonalds tonight.... but other then that that is all i had today besides protein drinks! So I did pretty good! My surgery is on Nov. 8th and I am going to try and convience my Dad to let me take his computer so i can communicate with the US!! I haven't really been that nervous I am just sick of waiting! It has been a long time coming and now i am just ready for it! I just ordered some UNJURY powder I really like it! Is anyone else having surgery on Monterry with Dr. Rumbaut on Nov. 8th??? Hey Goldie~ I am going to be banded on Nov. 8th one day after you and I am nervous as well!!! But I am going to Mexico for the surgery and that makes me nervous but other then that I know in my heart it is time for change and I am SOOOOO ready for it! I wish u the best of luck! ASH

Hi My name is Ashley I will be having my surgery on November 8, 2007!! In Monterry Mexico with Dr. Rumbaut. I am so excited! SO far I have lost 10 pounds on my own! So I know I more then ready for this! I live in Montana and I am hoping I can ski again, and go hiking again! I just can't wait to lose all this extra weight that is holding me back from life!!! Height 6'1 Starting Weight 356 Lost to date 10 #'s Goal weight 170-160

Dr. Rumbat i don't know how to spell it but anyway I am getting really nervous but it will be the best thing for me i am worried about afterwards....but have started eatting and drinking a lot of protein and i have been not eatting meny carbs! thanks for the answer! Ashley

Hi I am getting surgery in Mexico as wellin Monterry in November and i know there is a doctor in Great Falls, Dr. Roher i think that is how you spell it anyway he is going to do my fills! Hope that helps

I am also planning on going to Dr Rumbault in Mexico. I am planning on going the begining of November or whenever I get my passport! I have done A LOT of researcch and talked to A LOT of people that have gone there! All I can tell you is that he is one of the best. I found out he helped invent the inamed lap band. I also know that it is important to find out where you can get fillis because sometimes doctors won't do it if they know you got it done in Mexico! When are you planning on going? and where are you from? My mom is coming with me! I am so excited!! Hope tp hear from you soon!
