Woke up weighing 229. Only 4 more until my doctors goal.

Having a bad day. Did something stupid, I permed my hair. Lots of breakage on top. Now I have cut my hair very short but worried if do that the top of my head would look bald. Don't know what to do. — feeling depressed.

Like @4me4them, I wear my hair pretty short. I seem to be having some loss (more than I like) and breakage. I just had the hairdresser cut it shorter to I can let it dry naturally (no blowdryer or curling / flat irons) and I'm treating it with some heavy duty damaged hair shampoo and conditioner. You can always gel some to spike it up a little or use some texturizing cream to help calm the frizzies. But, don't worry -- people will be looking at the body and weight loss more than the hair -- and it's winter -- you can wear hats!

Tried chicken wings again. I use to love them, not any more. So sad. 4 months out as of tomorrow . NSV this week is that a was able to button my size 22 pants down from size 32. And found out today that my work approved my transfer to Tennessee .

I love my fitbit. Even went totally over the top and bought their blasted scale that records your weight for you...and if I could ever get my home office set up, it would be set up as well so that I could "check in" every week. I am very much trying to not check every day but I think once every few would be okay, yes?
