  1. I was banded on August 21. Still doing mostly liquids and soft foods. I don't over do it because I'm scared of doing damage. I constantly have pressure in my chest and that lump in my throat.I can feel the burp "roll up" and then stick there in my throat. It is soooo painful.Not sure what I can do or what is causing this. Do I have a slip in my band? Or is everything just still swollen.Noy really sure how to tell or really what i"m supposed to be feeling ?HELP:help::cry '

Still have air in my belly and my muscles are not quite back to normal.But, yeah I was shocked to see 8 pounds down in less than a week.You didn't say what part of LA. you lived. We have a grocery store called "Trader Joe's". My partner found alot of Bisque type liquids like sweet potato and vegetabl medley.She then put Costco brand canned chicken in the blender and then put all togetherWOW what treat...
